What is included in a sample? How many samples can I get?
We can make 1–2 pcs customized samples with your logo. Blank stock samples are also available for fabric checking. Sample cost will be refundable when your bulk order reaches certain quantity.
What is your loading port?
Shenzhen Port. We can arrange shipment to other ports as requested.
What is your carton packing way?
Normally, pouches are packed into OPP bags first, then into export cartons. Carton size and packing quantity can be adjusted according to your requirements.
Can you provide test reports for orders?
Yes. We can provide GRS, REACH, CA65 test reports if required before or after production. Some certificates need extra testing cost.
How do you control color difference?
We follow Pantone color code. Color difference within 90% is acceptable for fabric products. We will send pre-production sample for your color confirmation before mass production.
Can I mix different fabric and sizes in one order?
Normally MOQ is separate for each style. Contact our sales if you need mixed order, we will check feasibility.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1,000 pcs per style. We keep this low so small brands and startups can launch promotional drawstring bags without over-committing. Larger quantities always earn better unit pricing.
How long does sampling take? Is there a sample fee?
Samples are ready in 3–5 days. Existing standard samples are free of charge; custom new samples require a small fee that is fully refunded once you place the order.
Which materials do you offer?
We produce drawstring bags in cotton, canvas, polyester, oxford, nylon, satin, velvet, flocked, mesh, jute, non-woven and GRS-certified RPET recycled fabric.
What printing and finishing methods do you support?
Screen printing, digital printing, heat transfer, sublimation, hot stamping and digital UV — full-color and photo-grade. We also offer embroidery, woven labels, hang tags and inner printing.
Can I customize size, color and structure?
Yes. Any size, any Pantone color, and any structure — drawstring pouches, zipper bags, flap bags and more. Logo and bag-structure design are free with no tooling fee.
Do you have eco certifications?
Yes. GOTS for organic cotton, GRS for recycled content, ISO9001 quality system, REACH for EU chemical safety, CA65 for California, and Transaction Certificates (TC) for recycled claims.
What is your production lead time?
Mass production takes 15–30 days depending on order volume, after sample confirmation and deposit. We ship nationwide in China and offer FOB service to your designated port.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment is standard. We also accept other terms for long-term partners — just let us know your requirements.
What are your shipping and delivery terms?
We provide nationwide domestic delivery within China and export services under FOB, CIF or EXW terms. For small parcels we can arrange courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) on request.
Do you provide free design service?
Yes. We provide complimentary artwork, logo and bag-structure design support before sampling, including a digital mock-up of your design.
Do you work with Amazon, Temu and other cross-border sellers?
Yes. We regularly supply factories, trading companies and cross-border platforms including Amazon, Temu, Walmart, AliExpress and Shopify sellers with private-label packaging.
How do you control quality?
Strict QC from incoming fabric to finished goods: fabric inspection, in-line sewing checks, and a final pre-shipment inspection available upon request with photo/video reports.
Can you match exact Pantone colors?
Yes. We match any Pantone color and can provide color chips for your approval before mass production.
Can you add hang tags and woven labels?
Yes. Custom woven labels, hang tags, inner printing and private-label packaging are all available to make your product ready for retail.
What is your monthly production capacity?
Our monthly output of standard bags exceeds 500,000 pieces. Equipped with laser and die-cutting cutting lines, we balance precision and efficiency.
